Daily workflow

After install, most work falls into five actions: capture finished work, query before making a change, resume with context, inspect what is stored, and recover when something looks off.

Capture

Capture completed work into project memory so the next session does not have to rediscover it.

codifix remember --project <project-slug> --title "..." --summary "..." --note "..."

Use it for decisions, handoffs, migrations, incident notes, and any result that should survive the current session.

Query

Ask before changing something when you want grounded context.

codifix query --project <project-slug> --question "What should I know before changing this?"

The answer should tell you what matters, what is uncertain, and which evidence was used.

Resume

When you return to a project, ask for a briefing instead of starting from scratch.

codifix resume --project <project-slug>

Use this at the start of a session or after an interruption.

Inspect

Inspect the stored state when you want to see more than the answer text.

codifix status --project <project-slug>
codifix tui

The TUI is the fastest way to inspect memories, queries, review proposals, activity, watchers, and runtime state. The Web UI gives you the same data in a browser.

Recover

If something feels wrong, check the service once, then move to the relevant diagnostic surface.

codifix doctor
codifix health
codifix status --project <project-slug>

Use Help for symptom-led routes, and keep Operations for service, database, backup, and upgrade runbooks.
